HVAC Service Technician

Position Summary: Responsible for pleasing our customers by performing maintenance, service, and installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Scale: $20 - $35 per hour

Qualifications needed for this position:

• 5+ years of experience is a plus
• NATE certified or acquire NATE certification within 6 months of employment
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replacement decisions
• Advanced customer service skills - must be personable & possess good customer relation skills
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Must be willing to help with installs if needed

HVAC Assistant

Position Summary: To provide HVAC system installations assistance according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay Scale: $15 - $20 per hour

Qualifications needed for this position:

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment
• Customer service skills - must be personable, friendly and posses good customer relation skills
• Be willing to learn - sheet metal skills, interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints, some construction practices, basic electricity, and city codes, among other basic skills
• Experience helpful but not required - If your willing to work hard and learn from us, we are willing to teach you and give your every opportunity to succeed
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules
• Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction

Responsibilities for this position:

• Carry, organize, and manage tools and equipment needed for HVAC projects.
• Learn to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

• Assist in routine HVAC maintenance tasks, such as inspections and cleaning.

• Completion of a vocational school certificate program, associate degree, or apprenticeship preferred.

• 5+ years of professional plumbing experience is a plus.
• Able to read technical designs and blueprints.
• Proficient with plumbing tools, materials, and a wide range of equipment.
• Advanced customer service skills- must be personable & possess good customer relation skills.
• Knowledge in piping and ventilation for plumbing systems.
• Must be skilled on plumbing service type work and/or new construction plumbing.
• Available to work on call and respond immediately to plumbing emergencies.
